Great location in the heart of downtown, with easy access to all the trendy shops and restaurants. the hotel had a stylish and modern decor that added to the overall charm of the place. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. the room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

The price seemed a bit steep, considering the level of service and accommodations. We expected a more proactive approach from the staff, especially when we had an issue with a lost bag and a leaking shower.

My recent stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The style and comfort of the accommodations were top-notch, providing a luxurious and relaxing environment. The service I received was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff members who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

There was one minor issue with the wifi, as I experienced some difficulties connecting and staying connected. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

Everything's spectacular. The giant room, with space for everything. The giant bed, the soft sheets, the window overlooking the inner garden, the super complete and huge bathroom, the creams, spray for the fabrics with perfumes to remember always. The attention of all the staff, from the front desk, the restaurant, the bellboy, all with good vibes and very friendly. The cleanliness in every corner of the hotel. The thousand candles that are lit every afternoon in the garden and common areas. The general atmosphere of the people who frequent the hotel.

Only that breakfast lacks variety of breads (there is only toast).

The location and decoration of the rooms make it one of the best boutique hotels in Downtown.

The housework was done in a very random way, we often found sponges or garbage cans full left by the maids... The caretaker is not very efficient either and has a very limited patience.

We absolutely loved staying at this charming boutique hotel in the heart of Soho. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the subway stations and close to everything we love about Soho. The rooms are beautifully designed with warm wood tones and bright colors, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and ensuring all our needs were met. The breakfast in the serene breakfast room was a definite highlight, with delicious options and the best turmeric almond lattes. The view from our high-floor room was breathtaking, offering magnificent views of Soho, the Village, and lower Manhattan. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided an exceptional stay.

The only downside we experienced was the bar service on a Saturday night. It took quite a while to get a couple of drinks, with a significant wait time before we were even acknowledged by the staff.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond when it started raining and they found me a taxi under their umbrella. The contemporary art throughout the hotel was a treat for the eyes. I highly recommend this fashionable and fun hotel.
